What is OSC UBS NGO Leadership Programme?
Eva Yeung - Manager (Local Emergency Service)
Community Care Service Department
Hong Kong Red Cross
“I can step back and reengineer my capacity through this programme. It was not only to learn from speakers, but an opportunity to meet people from diverse NGO backgrounds and learn from their experience. The mentorship session is a significant process to enhance and strengthen what we have learned and put them into practice. Definitely a valuable prospect to me.”

Holly Carlos Allan - Executive Director
Helpers for Domestic Helpers
“The programme provided a rare opportunity to learn from mentors with extensive knowledge and experience in the various important aspects of leading an organisation, both from social and business perspective. Connecting with other advocates who are all so passionate about their causes was a bonus.”

Li Hoi - Deputy Executive Director
CTU Education Foundation
“This program provides an opportunity for us to reflect and rethink our ideas about how to build up innovative social services, as well as to form a great platform for NGOs to network and cooperate.”

Hung Truong - Executive Director

“From programme modules to mentoring and networking, the skills and knowledge that you gain are essential to your professional development.”
